Stephen boasts 20 years of business, project and account management experience. Stephen and Roxanne Edwards founded EEP in 1991 with 1 client and has built a full service billing agency for therapists serving more that 500 patients per month. His expertise in the therapy billing field will more efficiently handle your business' billing needs and allow you to focus on providing care for your patients. Stephen provides specialized services such as Practice Management, Client Growth Strategies, Telecommunications Analysis, Electronic and Paper Medical Billing, and Explanation of Benefits Interpretation. Previously to EEP, Stephen was a District Manager for Phar-mor. During that time he was responsible for 14 stores that had 114 million dollars in sales annually.
Roxanne
Edwards - Account Manager
Roxanne has worked with EEP from the inception of the company in 1991. Her expertise lies in her understanding of the business aspects of therapy practices. She specializes in Accounts Receivables and Audit preparation. Among her other duties include: Electronic and Paper Billing, Developing Client Satisfaction Strategies, and Developing Scheduling and Organization Strategies. Prior to EEP Roxanne worked for CNA insurance company as a filing specialist for 2 years. Her responsibilities there included distributions, filing and quality control.
Janiece
Nielsen - Account Manager
Janiece began her business career as a Customer Service Specialist at CNA/Hartford Life Insurance where she managed health care claims and accounting records. In 1995, Janiece stepped down from her Customer Service Manager role to spend time with her family. She resumed her career with EEP in 1997 and currently handles billing and specializes in telecommunications.
